COSMOVISION
We are collectively generating a new civilizational narrative, a worldview. It is an exceptional time in history that requires us to give ourselves fully, to give what each of us can uniquely contribute to this transformation. We are experiencing a new beginning.
THE WHEEL AS A GUIDE
Reconstruct a worldview that helps us individually and collectively solve current challenges
The world we have is the result of an interpretation constructed during modernity and as a consequence of the scientific revolution and industrial capitalism . A vision marked by the separation between nature and culture where the ideology of progress has generated a history of colonialism and exploitation that continues to condition the way we perceive reality and feel it.
Changing the lens through which we look at the world and connecting inner experience with the activity of the mind is a necessity of this era. We live in a time characterized by not knowing how to respond adequately to the pain of the earth and other living beings, and our main challenge is to heal the separation between nature and culture, between matter and spirit, between mind, body and heart.
Trying to solve aspects such as the economy, ecology, and social problems separately makes no sense. We need to solve it at the root, resignifying a worldview that gives meaning to how we understand the world. We are part of this transformation that recovers the ancestral vision that everything is interconnected , in a vital fabric made of rhythms, cycles and consciousness.
A wheel that helps us return to natural cycles to understand our place in the complexity of the world
The wheel is a symbol of this learning, of this collective reconnection with nature of which we are a part. A wheel that draws a circle to return to natural cycles , as opposed to Western linearity, oriented towards productivity and the future. The cross situates us and keeps alive the connections between the greatest and the smallest, while connecting action and contemplation, and helping us understand our place in the complexity of the world.
There is no circumference without a center. Each part of this cycle, each module, takes us back to the center, to the origin, to the root, with the aim of transforming ourselves internally and thus transforming the way we inhabit the world .
An introductory cycle where we learn about the Earth that we are ; this is the meaning of ecosophy, to listen again to the voices of air, soil, fire and water. The voices of the outer earth and the inner earth.
“The art (techné) of dealing with nature is Ecosophy:
the wisdom of the Earth itself”
Raimon Panikkar
EDUCATE FOR WISDOM
What would an education aimed at awakening wisdom look like?
There is a division within us between knowledge and love. Between what we know and what we feel. This inner division distances us from what we see with our inner eyes and leads us to obey the majority’s orders. Educating today, young people and adults, involves instilling an attitude of love towards all things. We need silence, developing perception and authenticity while speaking our truth to connect with our own voice and learn to trust our inner experience. Follow our own path, to connect with others and with the Earth.
We are collectively generating a new civilizational narrative, a worldview. It is an exceptional time in history that requires us to give ourselves fully, to give what each of us can uniquely contribute to this transformation. We are experiencing a new beginning.
