The number and its hidden meaning

Veus en xarxa

In the universe there is an established order that encompasses the entirety of creation, from the infinitely small to the infinitely large. Everything in it is energy, vibrating electromagnetic fields in a constant relationship of interdependence.

Numbers represent this order: the Law of the Cosmos . They embody the eternal universal principles that human will cannot modify. The digits 1 to 9 symbolize the stages through which an idea must pass before becoming reality; all manifestation results from these nine digits that emerge from 0, the void full of potentiality, that which is Everything and Nothing at the same time: the Great Universal Matrix.

Each number holds within it a unique vibration that contains information about beings, things, their relationship and their evolution.
The symbolic language with which numbers are expressed is universal and connects us with the Intelligence in capital letters that orders and governs the fabric of creation.

The number and the sign have different meanings. The first, the number, represents the qualitative value, invisible and intangible, which acts on the symbolic, metaphysical or spiritual plane of existence. This is the aspect that numerology deals with. The second, the sign, is tangible and visible, and represents quantities. It acts on the material plane, measuring and ordering things in space-time. Both, number and sign, are two aspects of a single reality.

Quantum physics demonstrated this at the beginning of the last century, when studying matter and its movement at the smallest level: the atom and the subatomic particles that compose it. This research process culminated in the formulation of a theory that shook beliefs that until then were considered immutable: everything in creation behaves simultaneously as a wave (number, invisible) and as a particle (sign, visible) . Both behaviors coexist and are one in reality.

It was the Egyptians who channeled the electromagnetic vibration of each number and gave it a name and spelling to manifest its vibration.

Pythagoras, a Greek philosopher, musician, mathematician and mystic, considered the father of numerology, learned this knowledge from them and, thanks to his school, it has reached us intact to this day.

He was the one who established the alphanumeric code, which assigned each letter of the Greek alphabet the numerical value that corresponded to it because they shared the same frequency. This code was later applied to the different alphabets.

Pythagoras also knew that, in the universe, the law of mathematical harmony governs: each number is part of a larger and more harmonious system, a system that replicates itself, generating a cyclical evolutionary process. Each part of this system has the same structure and energy value as the whole and evolves according to growth patterns that are organized in a form of sacred geometry (fractal). This is evidenced by the Fibonacci series or succession or the golden ratio, for example, both sequences support biological configurations and growth patterns such as the arrangement of leaves on the stem, the spiral growth of some mollusks or the structure of human DNA.

Numerology is the art and science of decoding and interpreting the symbolic meaning of numbers and the ordered progression of all manifestation.
It is considered one of the oldest symbolic sciences. Plato considered it the highest degree of knowledge and the essence of cosmic and inner harmony.

The personal numerical map

Hidden in the numbers of our date of birth and full name are our biological, energetic, psycho-emotional and spiritual characteristics, our challenges and the potential to be developed, what we have come to learn in this life cycle and what are the most powerful resources we have to achieve this agreed learning.

The date of birth provides us with the guideline that sustains the vibration of our “Path of Life”, what we have come to learn. In contrast, the name and surname received at birth, converted into a number, reveals to us the vibration of our “soul number”, “external personality number” and “destiny number”.

Also from the full name we access knowledge of the characteristics and behavior of each of the aspects that make us up and that are represented by the 9 digits that form the basis of our singular “construction”.

Each number, from 1 to 9, represents an aspect, a kind of room within this building that we are, destined to house a certain archetype, that is, a complete behavioral model in itself. For example: the masculine archetype, the feminine archetype, freedom, power, etc.

To begin filling in the number map, we must first apply the alphanumeric code to our full name, that is, we must assign each letter the number (that is, the vibration) that corresponds to it.

By adding up the numerical value of each of the letters that are repeated in our name, we will obtain a specific number that will reveal to us the way in which we live each of the 9 archetypes that make us up. For example, the letters A, J, S, have a numerical value of 1. Archetype 1 symbolizes the “I am”, that with which I identify and for which I am recognized. By adding up the number of letters A, J, S, contained in our name we will obtain the figure indicative of how we recognize ourselves and live in archetype 1. Let’s imagine that we find a total of 5 of these letters. The hidden meaning of the number 5 will reveal to us that we identify and recognize ourselves as adventurous, impulsive individuals, lovers of freedom, movement and change.

With this precise numerical baggage we embark on a long and exciting journey, which will encompass the entirety of our life cycle. A journey destined to achieve the perfection of the being that we are, focused fundamentally on the aspects that we have agreed to integrate into a soul that desires, above all, the return home; the consciousness of unity.

In short, the numerical map provides valuable knowledge about the quality of the energetic vibrations that make up our starting point at the moment of birth. Numerologist Faith Javane refers to this when she states that we are conditioned by the series of vibrations that were active when we first breathed .

The vibration of each fixed number transmits information to us about that individual and non-transferable baggage, with which we begin a journey, full of experiences and challenges, through the different stages that complete our life cycle.

However, it must be taken into account that this vibrational starting point guides and conditions, but does not determine our actions and decisions, especially from a certain age, when we have been able to achieve a minimum capacity for self-sufficiency and independence. Numbers drive us to evolve, to seek, until we find, the fullness of harmony and balance of the vibration they represent.

The form, intensity, rhythm or fluidity with which this evolutionary movement unfolds and folds is subject to free will , a quality inherent to human consciousness.
We are free to seek to find, free to awaken our consciousness from the deep sleep in which it has been submerged for eons, free to decide to listen to and prioritize the language of the soul and follow its liberating impulses. In short, we are free to decide to take responsibility for our own lives, take control of our present and, advance along the path of each lived experience until reaching the full expansion of our highest potential.

The numerical map represents, in this sense, a kind of roadmap that guides us through the journey. Some of the numbers that cross us will reveal to us the doubts and fears that we come to resolve and that limit or block the expression of our freedom of being. Others will show us our resources and potential and, at the same time, the nature of our resistance to change. Or they will even propose reflections, silences, actions or decisions to facilitate the dissolution of conditioning patterns and thus achieve our best version.

The applications of numerology are extensive and it is not our intention to list them all. From our point of view, the most valuable thing it can offer us is the knowledge and understanding of who we really are, where we come from, where we are and where we are going. Numerology, in this sense, is a powerful tool at the service of self-knowledge .

Another function that seems fundamental to us and that is closely related to the first is its application in the field of conscious health .

We are responsible for our own lives and, therefore, responsible for maintaining the state of health that has been bequeathed to us by the simple fact of being one with nature, with the intelligence that regulates the happening of its rhythms and cycles. But it is obvious that we cannot take responsibility for what we do not know.

Awakening to the knowledge of our true essence involves turning our gaze inward and recovering the ability to listen and be heard, to put the mind at the service of the heart and to dare to manifest what we feel.

Numerology offers us ways to align our thinking, feeling and doing and achieve a state of harmonious balance as a way of life. The peace and internal silence derived from this coherence will make it possible for self-healing mechanisms to recover their original role as guarantors of maintaining a state of conscious health.

The effectiveness of these self-healing mechanisms mentioned succumbs to the onslaught of mental and, above all, emotional imbalances. We keep a memory of our own traumas and emotional impacts, but also of those we inherit through our lineage. Invisible blockages, whether intense or maintained over time, end up being projected into certain areas of our physical body (our areas of least resistance, which we call areas of constitutional weakness), generating tensions, disorders or illnesses at any of the levels at which our manifestation is expressed: physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual. This is their way of communicating, of making themselves visible so that we can know them, attend to them and release them.

We close this essay by recovering the starting point with which we began it:

“Everything is number, everything is vibration”
(Pythagoras)
